The master bedroom (double bed) is unusually, on two levels, with the sleeping area on a large, full height mezzanine with beautiful views from the highest windows. There is an en suite bath and toilet and a nice sitting area, with a juliet balcony. It’s also possible to use the en suite as a bedroom for a maximum of two children. The en suite also opens on to a lovely private terrace, a great place to enjoy the evening sun.
On this level there are also two further bedrooms. A similar layout in one of these offers a mezzanine level well as a sleeping area (double bed), with ample built in wardrobes. The lower level also features a settee or if needed a bed for two children. It also has a juliet balcony. The third bedroom, again a good double also has a matching juliet balcony. Both rooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The gardens are lovely, planted with vines, olives, fig, apple and pomegranate trees. The land is well terraced and shallow steps down the garden allow access right up to the boundaries of the property. There is a feeling of space and privacy, with enough land to offer the feel of living on on a hillside, but not so much as to feel overwhelmed.
The hillside is dotted with terraces and private seating areas. In total 4,100 sqm of land.
The private swimming pool (11m x 4m) with sunbathing deck, shower, and prettily planted flowers all around. The scent of lavender lingers. The pool is newly lined and is fitted with coloured lights, which are great in the evening for a party atmosphere.
